Designed and executed drip campaigns to drive registrations for Amae Health's continuing education webinars — a key channel for referring provider engagement and clinical credibility.

Problem

Amae Health launched its CEU (Continuing Education Unit) webinar series as a way to engage referring providers — offering clinical value while building awareness of Amae's care model. But when I joined, there was no marketing engine behind the events. The webinars existed, but there was no structured campaign to drive registrations, no drip sequence to nurture interest, and no system for turning event awareness into attendance.

One of my first projects was to build the promotional infrastructure that would amplify these events and ensure the webinars reached the providers they were designed for — social workers, therapists, psychiatrists, and primary care clinicians across Amae's markets.

Process

I owned the full campaign lifecycle — strategy, copy, visual design, and execution — across two CEU events.

Campaign 1 Q1 CEU webinar drip Built the first drip campaign from scratch for Amae's inaugural live interactive CEU webinar. Designed the multi-touch email sequence — initial announcement, value-driven follow-ups, and day-of reminders — targeting referring providers across existing lists and cold outbound segments. Designed all email visuals and created promotional assets for the CEU host platform to use in their own outreach, extending the campaign's reach beyond Amae's direct audience.

Campaign 2 Q2 CEU webinar drip Applied learnings from the first campaign to build an improved Q2 sequence. Refined drip timing, subject lines, and copy based on performance data from the first round. Designed updated email visuals and new promotional materials for the host platform. The Q2 campaign launched with stronger early momentum — registrations are already tracking ahead of the first event's pace.

The first event drew 50 attendees — a strong result for a new program — and the second is already tracking ahead, validating both the campaign structure and the iterative improvements made between rounds.
