I managed JMS socials across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, overseeing two existing accounts and launching a third. I even developed a strategy for TikTok, though the platform rollout was limited by bandwidth and structural constraints.
Despite being a team of one and having a heavy workload, I treated social as a strategic extension of the brand. I blended editorial content with behind-the-scenes moments and company culture, building a feed that felt vibrant, authentic, and distinctly JMS. Even within these limitations, I created content that engaged the community and set the foundation for a more ambitious, platform-specific approach in the future.
