Amae Health
Amae Health was built to be the center of excellence for mental healthcare. Sitting at the intersection of clinical care and technology, they aimed to share a story of innovation and a new approach to care with patients, families, providers, and investors all at once. I came in as their marketing lead and only marketer, which meant I wasn't inheriting a function; I was building one.
Brand strategy, positioning, web development, paid media, PR, ghostwriting, content, and in-person activations are the main elements I’ve owned, and I like it that way. The challenge has never just been output, but making sure everything held together. My success has been crafting touchpoints that, no matter how small, feel like they come from the same clear conviction about what Amae is and why it’s different from any other outpatient clinic for mental health treatment.
Patient touchpoints: redesigning the member journey
Audited the entire intake-to-engagement sequence and designed a 10-touchpoint automated system covering leads, members, and caregivers — from missed call auto-response through a compassionate no-show re-engagement sequence.
Positioning research plan
Designed and led a 4-week research roadmap to align Amae's value proposition across markets through stakeholder interviews, qualitative research, and competitive landscape analysis.
Market one-pagers and referral cards
Redesigned and systematized Amae's market collateral across 6 markets — including co-branded materials for NYP, Novant Health, and a major Boston health system.
Email best practices and Notion build
Researched and built a comprehensive email operations system — subject lines, delivery timing, A/B testing, open rate benchmarks — replacing guesswork with data-backed decision-making across four markets.
Monthly newsletter system
Built a provider-facing newsletter from scratch — an education-first touchpoint with market-specific content modules to build credibility with referring clinicians across four audiences.
CEU event campaign
Designed and executed two drip campaigns driving 50+ attendees to Amae's first live CEU webinar — including email visuals, copy, and promotional assets for the host platform.
Site wireframes & redesign
Wireframed a comprehensive site refresh for amaehealth.com — restructuring navigation, redesigning key pages, and building new ones to communicate the full depth of Amae's clinical model.
